Please make sure to book your hotel rooms soon! Our Block will be released at 5:00PM EST on Wednesday, August 24, 2016!  After that time, we can not guarantee you will be able to get a room at the host hotel or at our group discounted rate.  In the event the hotel fills up, there are numerous hotels within walking distance of the host hotel and the Conference Organizing Committee is in contact with them.
